Financial Management & Reporting Senior Analyst

The Financial Management and Reporting Senior Analyst provides assistance to the FMR Supervisor in the monthly closing of Anchor Land Group’s books of accounts, monitor and prepare the necessary reports for needed/required for regulatory and Management.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Financial Reporting Accuracy and Timeliness (Monthly and quarterly closing, including preparation of the annual financial statements, 17-Q, and 17-A reports)
• Audit Support and Compliance (Involvement in annual external audit process including preparation of schedules, planning and communication with the team, identifying and resolution of issues)
• ERP System Management (Closing of books of accounts, handling assistance requests from other departments, correction of entry errors, and maintenance of cleanliness of the subsidiary ledgers)
• Ad Hoc Reports and Analysis (Preparation of ad hoc reports as requested)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any related course;
• Minimum of 2 years experience in General Accounting;
• Must be proactive, analytical, hardworking, organized, flexible, and keen on details;
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook);
• With good oral and written communication skills.
