About the role
We are seeking an experienced Courier / Motorized Rider to join our team at ABest Express Inc.'. As a Courier / Motorized Rider, you will play a crucial role in the timely and efficient delivery of parcels and documents throughout Makati City Metro Manila.This is a full-time position that requires reliable transportation and a strong commitment to customer service.
What you'll be doing- Collect and deliver packages and documents to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Maintain accurate records of all pickups and deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Ensure the safe handling and secure transportation of all items
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team to coordinate deliveries
- Maintain your vehicle in good working condition
- 1-2 years of experience as a courier or motorized rider
- A valid driver's license and experience operating a motorcycle or scooter
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to on-time deliveries
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry packages up to 20 kg
