LEADMAN (ELECTRICAL)

The Leadman (Electrical) is responsible for supervising and leading a team of electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. This role ensures that all electrical works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications.

Supervise and lead electricians and helpers on-site
Assign daily tasks and monitor work progress
Read and interpret electrical plans, drawings, and specifications
Ensure proper installation of wiring, panels, lighting, and other electrical components
Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality and compliance with standards
Enforce safety procedures and company policies
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades
Report project status, issues, and delays to management
Assist in troubleshooting electrical problems on-site

Ensure tools and materials are used properly and efficiently

Qualifications/Requirements

High school graduate or vocational course (Electrical)
TESDA NC II/NC III in Electrical Installation and Maintenance (preferred)
At least 2–5 years of experience in electrical works
With leadership or supervisory experience
Knowledgeable in electrical systems and safety practices
Ability to read electrical plans and diagrams
Good communication and teamwork skills

Willing to relocated as necessary
