Inventory Associate (Ormoc) - Project-Based
About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our dynamic team at Cebu Landmasters, Inc. in Ormoc City, Leyte. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient inventory management practices to support our manufacturing and logistics operations.
What you'll be doing- Accurately track and record all incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile records and identify any discrepancies
- Assist in the coordination and execution of inventory audits
- Liaise with procurement, production and sales teams to ensure inventory levels meet operational demands
- Identify opportunities for inventory optimization and make recommendations to improve processes
- Maintain a clean, organized and well-maintained inventory storage area
- Provide support in receiving, storing and distributing materials and supplies as needed
- A bachelor's degree graduate
- Relevant experience in inventory management or a related field, preferably in a construction or logistics environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in inventory management best practices
