We’re looking for a driven Assistant Branch Head/Management Trainee to help manage store operations, guide the team, and drive sales success!
Position: ASSISTANT BRANCH HEAD/MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the Branch Head in overseeing daily store operations
Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve targetsEnsure excellent customer service and handle escalated concerns
Monitor sales performance, inventory, and store productivity
Implement company policies, promotions, and operational standards
Prepare reports and coordinate with Head Office
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 1–2 years supervisory experience in retail or salesWith experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred
Knowledgeable in gadgets, laptops, mobile phones, and accessories
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented and sales-driven
Willing to learn product features and technology trends
Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Trustworthy, hardworking, and detail-oriented
Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and mall hours
With basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills is an advantage
