Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and drive account growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in Bisaya/Cebuano is required, or currently residing in Western Visayas or Cebu.
- Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Able to meet deadlines and manage responsibilities efficiently.
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and acquire new key accounts across the Visayas region.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of client requirements.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and recommendations to clients.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, activities, and business opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of account management strategies.
- Address client concerns and inquiries promptly while ensuring effective resolution.
