Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating job offers. This role ensures the organization attracts, selects, and hires qualified talent in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and onboarding coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Conduct thorough background check
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, turnover, quality of hire) and provide regular reports
