About the role

Teleperformance, a leading global provider of outsourced customer experience management services, is seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Angeles City, Pampanga. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences for our clients.

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organisation
2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions
4. Utilise a range of recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and referral programs, to build a strong pipeline of candidates
5. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills tests, and background checks, to ensure the best fit for the organisation
6. Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the recruitment process and provide reporting to management
8. Continuously look for ways to optimize and improve the recruitment function to enhance the company's talent acquisition efforts

1. At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment or HR role, preferably in the business process outsourcing (BPO) or customer service industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment function.
