We are in need of Engineering Specialist for Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical Maintenance that focuses on maintaining electrical, electronic, and mechanical system. The Specialist will diagnose and repair issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure the reliable operation of equipment while adhering to safety regulations and industry standards.

• Assigned in Maintenance Division in Cebu Mitsumi Inc. Danao Factory.
• Identify, diagnose, and repair faults in electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment and systems. .
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including inspections, testing, and lubrication.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system configurations.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures when working with electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment.
• Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions to ensure equipment reliability.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Strong technical skills in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, including the ability to diagnose and repair faults, perform routine maintenance, and operate equipment.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
• Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.
• Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize the organization s maintenance management plan in accordance with its goals to improve uptime and minimize costs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience and certifications.
• Several years of experience in electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance, with a focus on specific types of equipment (e.g., motors, generators, control systems).
