What you'll be doing- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a prompt, professional and courteous manner, resolving issues efficiently
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers on our products, services and policies
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate departments for resolution
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the overall customer service function
- Continuously look for ways to enhance the customer experience and improve internal processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries effectively
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and various office software
- Proven track record of providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
- Relevant experience of 2-3 years in a customer service or administrative support role is preferred
