Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Category Business Manager
What are the Roles and Responsibilities?- Ensures the achievement of business plans in the district
- Manages all distributors in the district
- Manages all the dealers with the district, thru Kabalikat distributors and expansion of the dealer network of the district following oplan buka guidelines
- Manages the distribution, Pricing and stock availability in the district
- Gather and shares data on competitors trade pricing and trade promos
- Crafts and executes business development programs with TRIAD in the district
- Perform other related functions as assigned by the upline
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- 3–7 years of experience in category management, brand management, business development, or commercial operations
- Strong background in category strategy development, including assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and lifecycle management
- Proven ability to analyze market trends, consumer insights, and sales data to drive category growth and profitability
- Willing to work in VisMin area
