Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the overall sales performance of the assigned territory and sales team.
- Manage and motivate Sales Supervisors, Coordinators, and Salesmen to achieve sales and distribution targets.
- Strengthen market coverage, distribution reach, and execution excellence across assigned accounts and territories.
- Conduct regular fieldwork, trade visits, and market inspections to identify opportunities and resolve operational concerns.
- Develop and coach team members through training, mentoring, and performance management.
- Monitor and evaluate team productivity, sales performance, and key business metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
- Graduate of Business, Marketing, Economics, or any related course.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of solid experience in FMCG sales, account management, and distribution operations.
- Background in handling distributors, general trade accounts, and field sales operations is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Computer-literate and capable of making sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly driven, results-oriented, and willing to do extensive fieldwork.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Davao Region.
