Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience managing or coordinating social media
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
  • Strong copywriting, communication, and content creation skills
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and social media KPIs
  • Basic photo and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Responsibilities

Lifecycle & Winback Marketing
  • Execute winback and re-engagement campaigns across email and lifecycle channels
  • Support funnel optimization by identifying drop-off points and improving conversions
  • Assist in audience segmentation and customer journey mapping to enhance relevance
Marketing Automation & Technology
  • Build, manage, and optimize lifecycle email campaigns using Braze or similar tools
  • Maintain campaign workflows, triggers, and automations for accurate delivery
  • Collaborate with team members to translate strategy into scalable automated programs
Coordination & Campaign Execution
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, launches, and stakeholder handoffs
  • Ensure campaigns are QA'd, launched on time, and monitored post-launch
  • Manage campaign documentation, schedules, and performance summaries
Data & Performance Tracking
  • Monitor campaign metrics including open rates, CTRs, and conversions
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and experimentation efforts
Customer Communication & In-App Content
  • Assist in developing and refining customer-facing copy across digital platforms
  • Manage in-app messaging, notifications, and onboarding content
  • Maintain consistent and engaging communication throughout the user journey
  • Coordinate marketing copy across app experiences and user touchpoints
  • Optimize in-app messaging to improve engagement and usability
  • Align messaging with brand voice, marketing strategy, and business goals
Social Media
  • Develop and implement social media content calendars aligned with campaigns
  • Create and publish engaging posts, videos, and stories across platforms
  • Collaborate with designers and marketing teams for content production
  • Manage engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics
  • Research trends and competitor activity to refine content strategy
  • Support paid campaigns and influencer collaborations
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels
