Centavious Business Solutions is a fast-growing US-based accounting and business consulting firm seeking a highly organized, proactive, and sales-driven Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to support our client acquisition and online outreach efforts.

This role combines lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, social media management, CRM organization, appointment setting, and online relationship building. You will work directly with leadership to help generate qualified meetings and grow our presence within our target industries.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, confident communicating professionally online, and capable of helping manage and grow our online business development efforts long-term.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach daily
  • Identify and connect with qualified business owners and decision makers within target industries
  • Send personalized LinkedIn messages and follow-ups consistently
  • Manage LinkedIn inbox conversations and lead follow-up
  • Generate qualified appointments and schedule meetings directly onto leadership calendars
  • Manage and organize CRM systems and sales pipelines
  • Handle outbound lead generation using ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead sources
  • Support social media management and professional content posting
  • Help maintain a professional and active LinkedIn presence
  • Monitor and engage within Facebook groups related to construction, real estate, business owners, roofing, and property management industries
  • Respond to inquiries and create networking opportunities through Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Assist with marketing coordination and business development initiatives
  • Track outreach efforts, follow-ups, and lead activity consistently

Requirements:

  • Experience with B2B lead generation and appointment setting
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator required
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and inbox management
  • Experience using CRM systems required
  • Experience using ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or similar lead platforms preferred
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Social media and Facebook group engagement experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate professionally and build business relationships online
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Minimum of 3+ years of B2B lead generation and appointment setting experience required
  • Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator required
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience working with CRM systems required

Compensation:

  • Base salary starting around $1,200 USD/month depending on experience
  • Performance bonuses for qualified attended appointments and closed deals
