Job Description:

The Supply Planner is a hands-on operational role responsible for day-to-day purchasing, stock management, and supply planning activities for Endotherapeutics Pty Ltd across Australia and New Zealand. The role works closely with the Supply Chain Manager and coordinates the work of the Logistics & Procurement Coordinator.

Strong proficiency in NetStock and SAP Business One is essential, along with good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities

Purchase Order Management and Procurement
  • Create, raise, and manage purchase orders in SAP Business One in line with NetStock recommendations and procurement schedules.
  • Select appropriate shipment types (air, sea, courier) based on urgency, cost, and stock criticality.
  • Track open purchase orders, monitor ETA accuracy, and proactively communicate delays to relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with suppliers on order confirmations, invoices, shipping documentation, and discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate purchase records and ensure PO data integrity in SAP. Inventory and Stock Management
  • Maintain optimal stock levels across Australia and New Zealand to support business continuity and minimise backorder risk.
  • Manage NetStock settings including look forward days, replenishment cycles, and ordering parameters across all SKUs.
  • Review and action replenishment recommendations in line with demand signals and stock targets.
  • Monitor and adjust min/max settings, safety stock, and lead time data in NetStock as conditions change.
  • Produce regular inventory reports including stock turns, backorder rates, expiry risk, and coverage.
Forecasting and Reporting
  • Assist in preparing forward-looking demand summaries to support purchasing decisions and supplier conversations.
  • Help compile 12-18 month rolling forecast inputs for review by the Supply Chain Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Use data to identify trends and flag potential supply risks or over-stock situations.
  • Prepare ETA, expiring stock, and inventory reports for business unit meetings.
Team Coordination
  • Provide day-to-day direction and task coordination to the Logistics & Procurement Coordinator.
  • Review GPO documentation, PO ETA updates, and Supply Chain inbox activity as needed.
  • Escalate issues and exceptions to the Supply Chain Manager in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal teams including finance, sales, and warehouse to support smooth supply chain operations.
Administration and Systems
  • Assist with GPO automation projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and resolve stock discrepancies in collaboration with the warehouse team.
  • Support supplier onboarding, documentation, and contract uploads into Salesforce and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with finance on invoice reconciliation and freight cost queries.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Supply Chain Manager as required.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in supply planning, purchasing, or inventory management, preferably in medical devices or healthcare distribution.
  • Hands-on experience with NetStock or equivalent replenishment software is essential.
  • Working knowledge of SAP Business One or a similar ERP system.
  • Experience coordinating or guiding the work of at least one other team member.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Comfortable working with data and able to produce clear, accurate reports and analysis.
  • Comfortable working with AI tools to support day-to-day planning and reporting tasks.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Understanding of medical device regulatory requirements (TGA, ARTG) is an advantage.
Other Requirements
  • High speed internet connection suitable for full-time remote work with no connectivity disruptions during business hours.
  • Must be available to work 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Sydney time (AEST/AEDT), Monday to Friday.
  • Professional presentation and conduct at all times.
  • Highly responsive with timely and efficient communication.
  • Work within Endotherapeutics' corporate strategies, policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, purchasing, or inventory management
