Project Management Officer- Infrastructure (Office/Site Engineer)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the planning, monitoring, and successful execution of construction projects. The role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Project Management: Monitors construction project progress using the Project Update Monitoring Sheet and follows up as needed to ensure timely completion, quality standards, and budget compliance for all projects.
Team Coordination: Collaborates with various departments and construction team to coordinate project progress.Process Improvement: Conducts observations and audits to identify areas for improvement and recommends solutions.
Risk Management: Identifies potential risks and recommends mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Reporting: Monitors and collect reports from the construction team, and promptly calls a meeting if a project is at risk of encountering critical issues.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering or Civil Engineering
- Preferably a Licensed Engineer
KEY COMPETENCIES
Technical Skills: Knowledge of infrastructure construction principles, methodologies, and construction management practices.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and executives.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify and address construction issues and develop solutions.
Field Experience: Previous experience or internships in a construction or field environment is advantageous but not required.
Regulatory Knowledge: Basic understanding of relevant statutory and regulatory requirements related to engineering and construction.
