Site engineer

Job Description

• Participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections, and quality assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise day-to-day site operations, including workforce management coordination, and material usage.
• Interpret and review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and material requirements to ensure accurate project implementation.
• Prepare and maintain detailed engineering reports and progress reports.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure activities are completed according to approved timelines.
• Coordinate material deliveries, verify quality and quantity, and ensure proper storage and usage.
• Ensure workmanship quality meets company standards and client expectations.
• Attend site meetings and progress review meetings.
• Assist in variation works evaluation and preparation of supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of labor, equipment, and site activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• With relevant experience is advantageous
• Proficiency in the use of engineering design software and tools
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Licensed Engineer and Certified Safety Officer 2
