The Franchise Development Assistant Manager to support the growth and expansion of our franchise network. Responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, assisting in market research and site evaluation, and ensuring a smooth and structured onboarding process for new franchisees.
Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify franchise leads through online inquiries, referrals, and market research
Communicate with prospective franchisees and provide information on franchise requirements and benefitsHandle initial inquiries and maintain ongoing communication with potential franchise partners
Assist in preparing franchise documentation and maintaining accurate CRM records and databases
Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and presentations with prospects and internal teams
Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities, trends, and competitor activity
Support planning and execution of franchise recruitment events (seminars, trade shows, discovery days)
Prepare reports on franchise development progress and pipeline performance
Ensure compliance with franchise regulations, policies, and legal requirements
Assist in evaluating franchise candidates based on company standards and alignment
Contribute to franchise development strategies and marketing improvements
Monitor franchise fee collection and royalty-related coordination
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Retail & Franchise Operations Head
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship
Experience in retail/sports retail is an advantageStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of lead generation and market research
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Proficient in MS Office
