Fitness Instructor

We are looking for a motivated, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor for Viva’s new business venture. The ideal candidate will provide fitness instruction, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and inspire members to reach their fitness potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide members on the proper use of gym equipment and correct exercise techniques.
• Develop personalized workout programs tailored to members’ fitness levels and goals.
• Monitor gym activities to ensure safety and compliance with gym rules.
• Provide fitness advice and motivation to members.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym area.
• Promote gym programs, memberships, and services.

Qualifications:

• Holds a NSCA-CPT or CSCS certification
• With at least 6 months of experience as a trainer (not necessary but highly recommended)
• Has studied exercise physiology and anatomy at the university level or Holds a physical education teaching license
• Has experience working as part of a team
• Can start ASAP
