JOB SUMMARY:To manage and ensure day-to-day operational standards are met in an assigned area of Human Resources sub-function such as Learning and Development
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provides functional support in the assigned sub-function, including but not limited to:
- Learning & Development
- Open enrollment administrative support, including, but not limited to, the release of quarterly calendars, participant and trainer invites, training room reservation and setup, and report preparation
- Onboarding program administrative support, including, but not limited to, the release of participant and trainer invites, training room reservation and setup, and report preparation Budget administrative support, including, but not limited to, the creation of PRs and SCRs, monitoring of approval and payments, and coordination with Procurement and Finance on related matters
- Asset management administrative support, including, but not limited to, training room reservation, conduct of inventory, and clean-up of training storage facilities
- Training facilitation for ICON and open enrollment courses
- Other projects and tasks as may be assigned
- Special Projects
- Personal Development
- May be assigned / rotated across other related sub-functions including but not limited to sub-functions within Human Resources
- Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background: o Bachelor’s Degree / 4-year course in Psychology, Business Administration, or other related courses as a preferenceProfessional Experience:
o at least 6 months of experience in coordination-related tasks within HR, Training, or similar duties; at least 6 months of experience in training facilitation or comparable duties
Skills Required: o Basic facilitation skills and able to perform basic administrative tasks
o Good oral and written communication skills for business correspondenceso Analytical skills
o Customer focus
