Business Development and General Manager

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure team goals are met
• Recruit, train, and mentor top talent to hit sales and business targets

• Manage budgets and allocate resources wisely

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business
• At least 5 years of work experience in a similar field
• Proven experience in a managerial role
• Work experience in an industry similar to Jacinto & Lirio (e.g., eco-lifestyle, sustainable fashion, social enterprise)
• Strong decision-making and leadership skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation abilities
