Administrative & Clerical Tasks
  • Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain filing of important and confidential company documents.
  • Create and update a summary of weekly, monthly, and annual attendance records.
Accounts Receivable
  • Maintain and regularly update reports related to Accounts Receivables.
  • Monitor customer credit limits and payment terms.
  • Assist in the collection process by coordinating with customers.
  • Encode customers’ Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) information.
  • Update BIR charge journal daily and check sales columnar.
Inventory & Supplies Management
  • Ensure the availability of invoice stock and monitor inventory levels.
  • Track and report items/supplies that are nearing expiry.
  • Process payments for billings and office supplies as needed.
Cashiering & Receipts
  • Issue counter receipts accurately.
  • Serve as lunchtime cashier and provide cashier substitution when required.
Coordination & Compliance
  • Coordinate with the Head Office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for monitoring employee adherence to Company Rules & Regulations, and SOPs.
-Handle employee payroll-related tasks such as Salary Acknowledgement Receipt (SAR).
  • Manage approval processes for employee cash advances and miscellaneous expenses.
  • Carry out additional tasks as required by management.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • College graduate of any course; preferably with a background in Business or related fields.
  • Possesses a strong personality and can handle pressure effectively.
  • Emotionally resilient and able to manage challenging situations professionally.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in administrative, clerical, or accounting-related work (preferred but not required).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Has good interpersonal skills and can coordinate effectively with different departments.
  • Willing to be flexible with tasks and can adapt to changing priorities.
