Job Description:
The Training Supervisor is responsible for providing overall training program support. Design, develop and facilitate training programs and interventions to meet business needs of store operations.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Education/Teaching or equivalent
- At least 2 years of work experience in the related field
- Preferably Training Supervisor or experienced employee specialising in Training and Development or its equivalent
- Preferably with Food and Beverage Industry Training experience
- Excellent in Communication Skills (both oral and written)
