Job Overview:
The Human Resources Manager will lead the planning and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals. Core areas of responsibility include recruitment, policy creation, employee engagement, legal compliance, and organizational development.
Primary Duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies while ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from hiring and onboarding to performance reviews
- Handle employee relations, including disciplinary procedures and grievance resolution
- Liaise with government agencies such as DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and DMW to ensure labor law compliance
- Drive organizational development initiatives, training programs, and employee engagement activities
- Manage personnel records and administer employee benefits
- Foster a positive work environment through cultural initiatives and wellness programs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 4 years of professional HR experience, including 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Skilled in using HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications
