 I.  PURPOSE

We are seeking an Account Manager to manage dormant accounts, acquire new clients, build strong client relationships, and generate revenue opportunities in support of the Sales Team’s goals.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new accounts and account expansions
  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions for acquisitions, renewals, and issue resolution
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts through value-driven, long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate internally in alignment with the company’s sales model and business cycle
III. QUALIFICATIONS
 A.  Minimum Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering or Information and Computer Science (ICS) preferred
 B.  Minimum Experience/Training
  • Open to fresh graduates
 C.  Competency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and highly organized
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to forecast and manage sales opportunities
IV. WORKING CONDITIONS
  • 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with flexibility as business needs require
