Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Property Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Graduate of Electrical Engineering is an advantage.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in property management, facilities management, or building administration, preferably in commercial or office buildings.
• Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with lease administration, tenant relations, contract management, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage tenant concerns professionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the building.
• Ensure all building systems, facilities, and common areas are properly maintained.
• Conduct regular property inspections and recommend necessary repairs and improvements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants.
• Address tenant concerns, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Monitor operating expenses and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Review and approve operational expenditures within authorized limits.
• Source, evaluate, and supervise contractors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable national and local government regulations.
• Coordinate the renewal of permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate incidents and prepare corrective action reports.
• Ensure building security measures are consistently enforced.
• Develop operational policies and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare reports and present recommendations to management.
