Job Summary

We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Training Manager who will develop and implement training programs that improve operational efficiency, service consistency, and leadership capability across restaurant branches. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing people and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Develop operational training programs for FOH teams.
• Conduct new store opening and refresher training.
• Perform branch training audits and operational assessments.
• Coach restaurant managers on service standards and team leadership.
• Standardize operational procedures and best practices.
• Develop learning tools and performance evaluation methods.
• Monitor branch compliance with training requirements.
• Recommend improvements based on operational results.

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Hospitality Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in restaurant training.
• Preferably from casual dining restaurant brands.
• Strong expertise in restaurant operations, guest experience, and leadership development.
• Excellent coaching and facilitation skills.
