About the role
Mightyplus Tools Inc is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. You will be based in the around the Philippines, with Metro Manila as your central work area. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential customers, demonstrating our innovative tools and solutions, and closing sales to contribute to the company's continued growth.This is a full-time role offering excellent career development opportunities. Preferably with own motorcycle.
What you'll be doing- Arrange and conduct in-person sales presentations to showcase our products and services
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for our clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and product knowledge
- Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in the sales or tools industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close sales
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
