Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven Area Sales Representative to manage and grow sales operations within the NCR area. This position focuses on market expansion, account management, and achieving sales objectives in the power tools, hand tools, construction, or hardware supply sector.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Handle sales activities and client accounts across assigned NCR territories
Promote company products related to power tools, hand tools, and construction or hardware suppliesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors
Identify new sales opportunities and develop potential accounts
Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, and sales negotiations
Monitor market movements, competitor pricing, and customer requirements
Prepare and submit sales performance reports and forecasts
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and collection goals
Qualifications and Requirements: Experience as a Sales Agent, Field Sales, or Area Sales Representative
Industry background in tools, construction materials, or hardware products is highly preferredStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willing to conduct regular fieldwork within NCR
Possession of a valid driver’s license
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused
Qualifications/Requirements
Experience as a Sales Agent, Field Sales, or Area Sales RepresentativeIndustry background in tools, construction materials, or hardware products is highly preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willing to conduct regular fieldwork within NCR
Possession of a valid driver’s license
