We’re hiring a Sales Agent to support borrower acquisition and loan growth. This role is hands-on: you will be in the field, engaging MSMEs daily and helping convert leads into active borrowers.- Why You Should NOT Join Datung

You will focus on lead generation, client engagement, and supporting the sales process from first contact to application submission.
?️ What You’ll Own- Source and engage MSME borrowers through fieldwork and outreach
- Introduce Datung’s loan products and generate interest
- Support clients through initial onboarding and requirements
- Work with Sales Executives to move deals toward disbursement
- Maintain daily activity levels (calls, visits, follow-ups)
- Contribute to weekly acquisition targets
- You Might Be a Fit If You…
- Have 1–2 years of experience (sales or customer-facing roles preferred)
- Are comfortable with fieldwork and talking to people daily
- Are eager to learn sales and grow quickly
- Have strong communication skills in English + Filipino
- Are disciplined, reliable, and action-oriented
- Are based in Metro Manila and open to on-ground work
Bonus points (not required):
- Experience in field sales or promotions
- Exposure to MSMEs or small business environments
- High daily activity (client visits, calls, outreach)
- Strong lead generation and pipeline contribution
- Smooth handover of qualified clients to Sales Executives
- Continuous improvement in conversion rates
