Your Daily Tasks
  • Perform assigned functions, duties, and responsibilities to the best of ability in accordance with employer and client expectations.
  • Comply with all lawful and legitimate instructions issued by the employer, client, or authorized representatives.
  • Carry out additional administrative or non-administrative tasks as assigned through lawful written or verbal directives.

Qualifications/Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek
  • Proven experience leading Client Experience (CX), Employee Experience (EX), and Candidate Experience (CanX) strategies across the full lifecycle.
  • Strong background in designing experience journeys, touchpoints, and service standards for clients, employees, and candidates.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and managing Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Voice of the Employee (VoE) programs.
  • Demonstrated success in leading Client Success teams to deliver service excellence, proactive engagement, and timely issue resolution.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Sales, Operations, HR, and executive leaders to improve NPS, client retention, and renewals.
  • Experience developing and enhancing onboarding, engagement, wellness, retention, and internal communication programs to support a high-performance culture.
  • Proven ability to strengthen employer branding, candidate experience, and employee value proposition (EVP).
  • Experience defining and promoting the culture, talent values, and employee attributes that position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Strong track record in driving digital experience initiatives, including self-service tools, automation, knowledge bases, and chatbots.
  • Data-driven leader with experience using analytics and experience KPIs to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
