Production Planner

MULTIMAX INDUSTRIES CORPORATION (URATEX PHILIPPINES)

Is currently looking for:

PRODUCTION PLANNER

JOB FUNCTION:

Plan and schedule production of covering mattress/portables Foam Blocks and Cutting items in compliance with established manufacturing standard process and lead time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for planning and checking of materials deemed for production of covering items, foam blocks and cutting items.
2. Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and best utilize the company’s productive capacity.
3. Analyzes sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements.
4. Coordinate planned production to all parties (co-planner, material controller, inventory controller and production supervisor.
5. Coordinate with all supply chains (Customer Service, Inventory Controller, Production, Warehouse and Delivery) about schedules, changes, improvements in planning activities.
6. Review and determine defined work specifications including detailed instructions, drawings, bill of materials, references, inspection requirements and other related matters.
7. Monitor, analyze and report performance of planned production in coordination with production Supervisors

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related courses
• Minimum of 1 year experience in production planning in a manufacturing company
• Proficient in MS Office
• SAP Data Processing
• Capacity Management
• Problem Solving/Analysis
• Planning/Scheduling techniques
