Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an entertainment company. Our client is looking for an Admin Staff to liaise with government agencies to ensure all business permits, licenses, and legal requirements are handled seamlessly.

This is a full onsite role, work location will be around Metro Manila but head office is located in Makati City, Philippines.

Job Responsibilities:

Government Relations & Compliance (Priority)
  • Lead all communications and coordination with local government units (LGU) and national agencies (e.g., BIR, DOLE, Health Department).
  • Manage the timely application, renewal, and processing of all business permits and licenses.
  • Ensure the venue remains in full compliance with local ordinances, safety standards, and hospitality regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for government inspectors and regulatory officers.
Administrative Support
  • Provide high-level administrative assistance to the AGM, including schedule management and documentation.
  • Manage office supplies, procurement, and maintain an organized filing system for all corporate documents.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure smooth facility operations.
Financial & Labor Administration
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
  • Support the AGM in HR-related administration, including labor documentation and basic payroll support.

Key job qualifications include:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or compliance role within the hospitality or corporate sector.
  • Proven track record of handling business permits and interacting with Philippine government agencies (LGUs, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple documentation tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
