Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct close supervision and monitoring of construction activities from start to project completion based on committed schedules.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and QA/QC documentation.
- Monitor and manage OSM materials, including requisition and inventory control.
- Review and interpret technical and construction drawings to ensure accurate implementation.
- Supervise site workers and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and quality workmanship.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site construction issues.
- Provide value engineering analysis to improve cost efficiency and construction methods.
- Graduate of Civil Engineering with a valid PRC license.
- 3–5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in housing projects or as a Project Engineer.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and construction documentation.
- Strong ability to read, check, and interpret technical drawings.
- Proven experience in site supervision and coordination.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide value engineering inputs.
- Preferably residing in Minglanilla or the South area of Cebu (or willing to be assigned there).
