Jr. Customer Support Officer (Pampanga, Bataan, Zambales and Tarlac)

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
2. Maintain healthy customer accounts and optimized credit utilization through timely collections and regular reconciliation of customer statements.
3. Implement corporate marketing promotion programs and other relative initiatives to support sales objectives.
4. Gather market intelligence and report relevant information to superiors.
5. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
6. Optimize sales coverage to ensure every customer receives timely attention, accurate requirement gathering, and responsive support throughout the engagement.
7. Ensure an up-to-date monthly Quality Objectives (QO).
8. Ensure full compliance with the company’s policies, procedures, and work instructions.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field (Tourism, Hospitality, HRM etc.)
2. Preferably from the locality/municipality of assigned area and knows how to speak the local language in assigned area.
3. Willing to be trained (customer management relationship and product knowledge).
4. Proficient in MS Office.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (ability to communicate in English both written and oral).
6. Must possess strong and pleasant personality (ex. charm, conviction, character).
