Inventory Associate

Chain Glass is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to manage and oversee the daily movement of materials between warehouses, production plants, and customer locations.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring that all stock and materials are transferred accurately, efficiently, and on time. This position requires close coordination with warehouse personnel, logistics teams, production departments, and customers to maintain smooth operations throughout the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor stock transfers between warehouses and Chain Glass production plants
• Arrange and track material deliveries to customers
• Prepare and process transfer documents, delivery records, and inventory reports
• Maintain accurate inventory movement records and ensure stock accuracy
• Communicate with warehouse teams regarding incoming and outgoing materials
• Assist in planning and scheduling deliveries and interwarehouse transfers
• Verify quantities and materials before dispatch and upon arrival
• Help ensure that all transfers are completed efficiently and without delays
• Support inventory control and warehouse organization activities when needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Honest, reliable, and responsible work attitude
• Experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or stock management is an advantage, but not required
• Willing to coordinate with different departments and plant locations
