POSITION SNAPSHOT:

• Day Shift and Full-time
• (Hybrid set-up) 901-C, 9th Floor, Vicente Madrigal Building, 6793 Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Philippines
• Fresh graduates up to 3 yrs of experience on Logistics, Warehouse or Operations Management background/ understanding
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and document handling.
• Self-driven, confident, and quick to pick up new systems, tools, and processes.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role focuses on supporting day-to-day logistics and warehouse coordination through shipment tracking, operational support, data handling, and customer communication.

You will work closely with warehouse teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to help ensure logistics processes, schedules, and operational records are accurate, updated, and well-coordinated.

This role is suited for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, self-driven, and comfortable working in a structured and fast-paced operations environment.

What you'll be working on:

• Manage and respond to customer emails regarding shipments and unpacking schedules
• Perform accurate data entry for receipt details in the Warehouse Management System
• Perform accurate data entry for order details in the online portal
• Handle data encoding and manage receipt files that require manual processing
• Assist customers in placing orders within the system
• Track container arrivals, maintain schedules, and coordinate with unpacking teams to support smooth unloading processes
• Ensure accurate preparation and distribution of inventory documentation, including item details, locations, and quantities
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding delivery schedules, order status, and updates
• Prepare daily and weekly reports related to orders and warehouse activity

• Open to fresh graduates up to 3 years of experience with background or exposure to logistics, warehouse, operations, or supply chain-related work
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and document handling
• Comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets, and structured operational processes
• Self-driven, confident, and able to quickly learn new tools, systems, and workflows
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good communication skills and comfortable coordinating with customers and teams
• Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced operations environment
