Outbound Associate/Officer - Shophygiene PH - Night Shift - Bagumbayan, Taguig

ShopHygiene is the official e-commerce platform of Sanitary Care Products Asia, Inc., offering Filipinos easy access to trusted hygiene brands like Sanicare, Femme, Naturale, Cheers, Tisyu, and SCPA Solutions.

The Outbound Associate / Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day outbound fulfillment activities handled by third-party (3P) warehouse personnel. This role ensures operational targets are met in line with platform KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs), while coordinating across teams to support fulfillment accuracy and efficiency.

1. Outbound Fulfillment Supervision- Manages daily order processing handled by third-party (3P) warehouse personnel. Ensures tasks are assigned efficiently and outbound targets are met in line with fulfillment KPIs and SLAs.
2. Dispatch & Courier Coordination - Supervises dispatch operations and handover to courier partners. Resolves handoff issues and ensures timely and accurate order releases.
3. Cross-Team Coordination - Works closely with Customer Service, Inventory, and Purchasing to resolve fulfillment concerns and maintain smooth operations across teams.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Tracks outbound KPIs and prepares weekly performance reports. to guide fulfillment efficiency. Actively monitors order flow, escalating delays or SLA breaches while recommending improvements based on operational data.
5. Process Optimization - Identifies inefficiencies and suggests adjustments to improve fulfillment speed and accuracy. Supports implementation of scalable workflows.
6. Third-Party Team Management - Handles scheduling, performance reviews, and training for 3P warehouse staff, ensuring accountability and alignment with company standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related fields.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in fulfillment or warehouse operation.
• Background in sales operations, especially order fulfillment.
• Understanding of e-commerce, warehouse management system (WMS) and ordering system (OMS).
• Skilled in analyzing operational bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task under pressure with attention to detail
• Collaborative, resilient, and adaptable team player
• Knowledge in Operational Principles, Logistics and Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work onsite at Industrial Estate, Bagumbayan, Taguig City from Monday to Saturday, Night Shift of 8PM–5AM.
