Job Title: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team Supervisor

Job Description:

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer relationship management team to ensure effective client engagement, retention, and satisfaction. This role involves supervising CRM processes, guiding team members, analyzing customer data, and aligning CRM strategies with overall business goals.

The ideal candidate will be skilled in customer service, data-driven decision-making, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the CRM team to ensure efficient and customer-focused operations
  • Monitor and analyze CRM data to improve customer segmentation, targeting, and engagement
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value
  • Ensure all customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback are addressed promptly and professionally
  • Provide coaching, support, and performance evaluations for CRM team members
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals
  • Generate reports on customer interactions, trends, and campaign effectiveness
  • Maintain and update CRM software, ensuring data accuracy and security

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Education: Must have studied a course related to Business, Marketing, Communications or any relevant field.
  • Experience: Strong leadership abilities in customer service, CRM, or a related role, with a proven track record in leadership roles. Open to candidates with no prior experience
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in a foreign language is required due to marketing operations and business expansion.
