About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at access healthcare, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our valued clients. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this full-time, on-site position in our Pasay City, Metro Manila office will see you engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their queries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.

What you'll be doing
  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries and providing timely resolutions
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and escalating issues as needed
  • Adhering to access healthcare's customer service policies and procedures
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and connect with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the healthcare or BPO industry
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technology
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
