Job Summary
The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online sales platforms. This role ensures product listings are accurate, engaging, and up to date while driving sales growth through digital strategies, promotions, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, marketplaces like Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok)
- Upload and update product listings (descriptions, prices, images, inventory)
- Monitor daily online sales and prepare reports
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for order fulfillment
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely manner
- Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and discounts
- Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates
- Ensure all product information is accurate and aligned with branding
- Create promotional posters and visual content for online selling platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in e-commerce or online selling platforms
- Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
