Sales Engineer for Railway

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop an existing customer base and achieve agreed sales targets and budget
• Identify, target, and develop new customers and business opportunities in the rail and technical sectors
• Conduct client visits and maintain strong relationships across all levels of a varied customer base
• Demonstrate technical product and application knowledge relevant to railway and transportation systems
• Liaise with technical departments and procurement teams of both existing and prospective customers
• Identify business opportunities and grow assigned sales territory
• Maintain accurate records of projects, clients, and sales activities
• Support market research activities related to transportation and cargo ticketing systems in the Philippines, including IT-based or digital systems used in logistics and transport operations
• Assist in a 3-month market study for a foreign client evaluating Philippine cargo ticketing systems and market potential
• Operate within railway-related markets, including rail, industrial, and rolling stock structures

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Railway, Transportation, or related technical sales
• Knowledge or familiarity with IT-based systems (e.g., ticketing systems, logistics platforms, or transport management systems) is an advantage
• Experience in railway-related markets is an advantage
• Amenable to work in Makati City
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
• Fluent in English
• Can start ASAP
