General Services Head

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee General Services operations across our hospital network. This role provides direction and governance to facility leaders, ensuring consistent service standards, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and a safe environment across all healthcare facilities.

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of General Services operations across multiple hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Guide and support Facilities and General Services leaders in achieving operational, safety, and compliance objectives.
• Establish and standardize policies, procedures, and best practices for facilities management, housekeeping, security, waste management, and support services.
• Ensure compliance with national and local regulatory requirements, environmental standards, occupational health and safety, and business continuity initiatives.
• Oversee capital improvement, maintenance, and infrastructure programs to support efficient healthcare operations.
• Partner with hospital executives and corporate support functions to identify operational needs and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage service providers and strategic contracts to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and operational reliability.
• Lead organizational initiatives that enhance workplace safety, sustainability, and service excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional license or postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in General Services, Facilities Management, Property Management, or related functions, including oversight of multiple sites or business units.
• Strong knowledge of facilities operations, regulatory compliance, occupational health and safety, environmental management, and vendor management.
• Demonstrated experience leading geographically dispersed teams and driving operational standardization.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and project management skills.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, real estate, or other multi-site organizations is highly preferred.
