Encoder / IT Back-End Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately encode, update, and maintain company records and databases.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and security.
• Track and process sales, expenses, and inventory records.
• Provide backend IT support for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates.
• Assist in managing files, reports, and digital documentation.
• Support IT team in network, hardware, and software-related tasks.
• Maintain and organize company digital records using Google Drive, Sheets, and internal systems.
• Perform other administrative and IT-related tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field (or relevant experience).
• Experience in data entry, encoding, or IT support is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Suite (Sheets, Drive, Docs).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting and backend support.
• Excellent communication skills (English & Filipino).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be willing to work in Quezon City and start ASAP.
