The Role
We're hiring a Client Acquisition Specialist to help grow EA Co.'s client pipeline. This is an internal role — you'll be working directly for EA Co., not placed with a client. You'll be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, and booking discovery calls for the Founder/CEO.This role is ideal for someone hungry to build something, comfortable with outreach, and excited about being part of a small but growing team.
What You'll Do- Research and identify potential clients (startups, SMBs, agencies) globally who would benefit from EA Co.'s staffing services
- Run outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels to generate new business conversations
- Qualify inbound leads and route them appropriately
- Book discovery calls and demos for the CEO
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline tracker with accurate, timely data
- Collaborate with the CEO on messaging, targeting, and campaign strategy
- Track outreach metrics (messages sent, response rates, calls booked) and report weekly
- Support LinkedIn content distribution and engagement as part of broader brand-building efforts
- At least 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting (B2B preferred)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRMs or pipeline trackers
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups
- Familiarity with the staffing/outsourcing industry is a plus but not required
- Flexible with working hours to accommodate clients across multiple time zones
- Experience selling services (not just products)
- Background in recruitment, HR, or staffing
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar outreach platforms
- Interest in AI tools and willingness to use them to work smarter
- Competitive base pay with performance-based incentives
- Remote work with at least 3 months of Hybrid Set-up (Philippines-based)
