The Role

We're hiring a Client Acquisition Specialist to help grow EA Co.'s client pipeline. This is an internal role — you'll be working directly for EA Co., not placed with a client. You'll be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, and booking discovery calls for the Founder/CEO.

This role is ideal for someone hungry to build something, comfortable with outreach, and excited about being part of a small but growing team.

What You'll Do
  • Research and identify potential clients (startups, SMBs, agencies) globally who would benefit from EA Co.'s staffing services
  • Run outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels to generate new business conversations
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them appropriately
  • Book discovery calls and demos for the CEO
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline tracker with accurate, timely data
  • Collaborate with the CEO on messaging, targeting, and campaign strategy
  • Track outreach metrics (messages sent, response rates, calls booked) and report weekly
  • Support LinkedIn content distribution and engagement as part of broader brand-building efforts
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound prospecting (B2B preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRMs or pipeline trackers
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups
  • Familiarity with the staffing/outsourcing industry is a plus but not required
  • Flexible with working hours to accommodate clients across multiple time zones
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling services (not just products)
  • Background in recruitment, HR, or staffing
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar outreach platforms
  • Interest in AI tools and willingness to use them to work smarter
