The Service Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding service and support to customers requiring warranty assistance for Specific IT products. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer satisfaction and a strong understanding of warranty processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

 Male or Female
 Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer
Science or any related course
 Excellent in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
 Excellent in communication skills, both written and verbal
 Knowledgeable in IT products/industry

 Fresh graduate are welcome
