Looking for a stable WFH accounting role with a U.S.-based company? We’re hiring an Accounting Support Specialist for a detail-oriented and high-impact remote position.

This is more than just data entry, we’re looking for someone maaasahan, proactive, at marunong mag-solve ng problems before they become bigger issues. You’ll work closely with a U.S. team, help maintain accurate financial records, and support important accounting and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily accounting tasks and bookkeeping
  • Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and procedures
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to meet project deadlines
  • Maintain organized and confidential financial documentation

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup in Batangas
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Strongly Preferred:

  • Experience with DemandBridge CRM or similar platforms
  • Exposure to audit processes, internal controls, or compliance frameworks
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies and understandin of U.S. GAAP basics
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, especially
  • during high-pressure periods like month-end or audit preparation
