Accounting Staff

Role Overview:

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Staff to handle daily AP transactions and support our finance team. This entry-to-junior level role is ideal for an accounting graduate with foundational AP experience who is eager to work with modern digital tools.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of BS Accountancy or BS Accounting Management.
• Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience specializing in Accounts Payable.

Technical & Core Knowledge:

• Foundational understanding of accounting principles and Philippine withholding taxes.
• Exposure to or basic knowledge of modern IT tools such as RPA, Chatbots, and Power BI is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills and a strong team-player mindset.

Job Overview:

• To receive, check and process of invoices related to accounts payables, with the objective to settle company's dues timely and effectively.
• To conduct recording of correct payable data,
• Conduct payment to settle company's dues timely and effectively,
• Initiates improvement ideas and process in relation with the function,
• To conduct refresher/education course to other section and vendor on proper application of SAP documents and proper documentation of invoices/billing/receipt respectively,
• Guide Jr. Staff on accounts payable process.
