The opportunity
As a Delivery Driver at Philex Sea & Air Inc.', you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of packages to our customers across Intramuros Manila City Metro Manila. Key responsibilities- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver packages to customers within designated routes and schedules
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring packages are delivered in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
- Communicate with the dispatch team to provide updates on delivery status and any issues encountered
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a delivery or courier role
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Physical stamina to perform the physical demands of the job, including lifting and loading packages
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
